As the only provider in Austria, the Telekom Austria Group's domestic subsidiary A1 is offering its customers Dropbox' worldwide leading cloud solution totally free of charge. Depending on the selected tariff, 5 up to 100GB of Dropbox storage space are now automatically included in the A1 Go! tariffs customers: A1 Go! S, Xcite and Easy: 5 GB, A1 Go! M: 50 GB, A1 Go! L and Premium: 100 GB. Thus, with this new online storage solution, A1 is guaranteeing that all 'A1 Go!' customers will directly profit from one of the most innovative and secure solutions of the world moving forward.
With the launch of a comprehensive security package for smart devices 'A1 Handyschutz', realized by the Austrian company IKARUS, A1 has set new standards in the area of smartphone security. This security solution protects downloads, apps and storage media such as SD cards from viruses and other threats from the net. It also protects customers' personal data from loss or theft, while blocking access to malicious websites within the A1 network. This security package including automatic updates both in Austria and abroad will also be made available to all A1 Go! customers free of charge.
