Telekom Austria Group Mandates Banks for Potential Hybrid Bond Issuance

Today, the Telekom Austria Group (‘the issuer’) (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) announces that it has mandated Citigroup and Morgan Stanley as joint structuring advisors and
joint bookrunners, and BofA Merrill Lynch and Unicredit as joint bookrunners, for the organisation of a roadshow ahead of the potential issuance of Euro Undated Deeply Subordinated Hybrid Capital Securities under RegS format. The issuance of the securities remains subject to market conditions and the successful completion of the roadshow.
