Telekom Austria Group announcement according to § 14 of the Austrian Takeover Act

Today the Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) announces that the statements of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Telekom Austria Group according to § 14 of the Austrian Takeover Act (Übernahmegesetz), the expert assessment according § 14 Sec 2 in connection with § 13 of the Austrian Takeover Act, as well as the statement by the Works Council regarding the voluntary public takeover offer (§ 25a of the Austrian Takeover Act) with an option for conversion into a mandatory takeover offer (§§ 22 ff. of the Austrian Takeover Act) to the shareholders of Telekom Austria AG by Carso Telecom B.V., as published on 15 May 2014, are available free of charge at the headquarter of Telekom Austria AG from 28 May 2014.
