Today the Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) announces that it has been informed about the following facts:
In its 327th session the ÖIAG supervisory board has approved the formation of a syndicate agreement between ÖIAG and Carso Telecom B.V., Amsterdam as well as América Móvil. The syndicate agreement has already been signed.
