América Móvil increases the overall shareholding in Telekom Austria AG to 56.55%

Telekom Austria AG has been informed that América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V., through its subsidiary América Móvil, B.V., has acquired shares corresponding to 5.55% of the voting rights in Telekom Austria AG.

This sale increases the overall shareholding of América Móvil in Telekom Austria AG from 51% to 56.55%.
