A1 Austria (AT), NGN Eurofiber (DE) and Quantcom (CZ) have joined forces to build the shortest and fastest dark fiber route between Frankfurt and Vienna. This brand new fiber infrastructure ensures the lowest possible latency for data transfer between these key European hubs. Telcos, fixed network operators, OTT services, broadcasters and global enterprises will benefit from robust, future-proof connectivity to support critical applications, including cloud services, media broadcasting and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
The partnership between A1 Austria, Eurofiber/NGN Fiber Network and Quantcom combines the expertise of three leading network providers to create a seamless, high-performance dark fiber route. By leveraging their combined capabilities, the project offers customers not only superior network quality, but also streamlined operations with a single point of contact.
