The next steps in the spin-off of the A1 tower business into a separate company (EuroTeleSites AG) are currently being finalised. This requires the registration of EuroTeleSites AG in the commercial register as well as the approval of the prospectus required for the listing by the Austrian Financial Market Authority. If these necessary approvals are obtained in time, EuroTeleSites AG will be listed in the Prime Market segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange on September 22, 2023.
The shareholders of Telekom Austria AG will receive one share in EuroTeleSites AG for every four Telekom Austria shares held. The number of Telekom Austria shares held by each shareholder remains unchanged by the spin-off.
