It was three years ago, that A1’s Intrapreneurship Program “Empowering Ideas” resulted in a winning security service, called Offensity. Taking account of a rapidly growing number of vulnerabilities, a team of A1 security experts developed a cloud security service for companies to continuously monitor their IT infrastructures for security gaps.
As an important component in the security portfolio of the Group´s subsidiary A1 Digital, Offensity is being further developed and fine-tuned according to the customers’ needs. Working with companies to find the right cyber security approach to protect their digital businesses, A1 Digital is extremely proud that customers such as karriere.at GmbH (in Austria), Mack Rides GmbH & Co KG (in Germany), or Almaks Doo Beograd (in Serbia) have put their trust into Offensity, A1Digital’s fully automated vulnerability scanner.
“Within the framework of our Group strategy, one goal is to unlock the potential of digital transformation. To make that happen, Offensity helps our customers adapt to a continuously changing cyber threat environment. Rolling out the solution in a concerted manner throughout the Group is a great success of joint efforts and the best example of how to digitalize business”, says Alejandro Plater, COO A1 Telekom Austria Group.
Company-wide scanning: Offensity’s monitoring is not limited to individual parts of a company or to specific system modules. Offensity tests company-wide and covers the company areas holistically with its scanning, no matter how hidden and forgotten they may be.
Actionable reporting: Offensity’s reporting provides a concise decision-making basis for your management. At the same time, technical experts can retrieve useful information and recommendation on how to eliminate vulnerabilities.
European security-service: Offensity is a European security service that uses in-depth expertise to assess how secure a company is. Offensity is strictly adhering to the latest European standards and laws.
In addition to Austria and Germany, Offensity is now also available in Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, the Republic of Serbia and Slovenia.
