A1 Slovenija is acquiring the telecommunications provider Peter's Teleurh

A1 Slovenija announces the completion of its acquisition of the telecommunications provider Peter's Teleurh. This acquisition significantly strengthens A1 Slovenija's fiber optic infrastructure presence in the central Slovenia region.

The acquisition of Peter’s Teleurh is the next step in the long-term strategy of expanding A1 Slovenija’s own fiber optic network. Through this acquisition A1 Slovenia will gain access to a fiber optic network in Ljubljana, as well as networks in Kranj, Domžale, and Trzin, and its own data center in Ljubljana.
