The Supervisory Board of A1 Telekom Austria Group appoints Thomas Arnoldner as Chief Executive Officer

Term of the contracts of Alejandro Plater and Siegfried Mayrhofer extended
 
Vienna, 2018-07-26. The Supervisory Board today approved the appointment of Thomas Arnoldner as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the A1 Telekom Austria Group with effect from September 1, 2018. The nomination of Thomas Arnoldner as CEO has already been announced in the ad hoc announcement of April 19, 2018. (newsroom.a1.group)
 
The Supervisory Board also decided to align the terms of all Executive Board mandates and to early extend the contracts of Alejandro Plater, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Siegfried Mayrhofer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Alejandro Plater and Siegfried Mayrhofer as well as Thomas Arnoldner are appointed until August 31, 2021, with an extension option to the statutory maximum of 5 years until August 31, 2023.
