Dividend proposal for the financial year 2021: EUR 0.28 per share

Vienna, March 4, 2022: The A1 Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) announces that the Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of EUR 0.28 per share for the financial year 2021 to the Annual General Meeting.

This decision is based on the solid operational and financial performance of A1 Telekom Austria Group.
